ClearLatch offers free shipping on orders placed through our store.

Orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days after processing. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Delivery times can vary based on your location, carrier operations, weather, and other circumstances outside our control.

Once your order ships, we will send tracking information to the email address provided at checkout. Please check your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If you notice an error, email support@clearlatch.co as soon as possible. We will try to help, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order is processed or shipped.

If we cannot ship your order within the stated timeframe, we will contact you with an update and your available options, including cancellation and a refund where required.

If tracking shows an issue, your package arrives damaged, or your order does not arrive, email support@clearlatch.co with your order number so we can help.
